iv. Provision at stipulated times of sustenance to exhibitors
as part of their package
v. Dedicated time slots for delegates to visit trade stands.
vi. Sensible costs-value for money for provision of trade space.
vii. Exhibitions to be open to non conference attendees at a cost.
viii. High trade involvement in organising and promoting future
meetings.
ix. The Association to appoint a Diarist who would list all proposed
meetings, exibition and conferences to alleviate double booking
of dates.
